Improvements

• Viewing a UMH Classic instance now uses up to 20% less background processing in the browser

Fixes

• Deployment dialogs (bridge, historian, etc.) are more stable and clearer: they no longer resize or shift while an action is running, and success or failure is now highlighted in color.
• The Data Flows page no longer lets you open the bridge or stream processor creation form when you have no usable UMH Core instance. Previously, an account with no instances, or with only offline or non-Core instances, would reach an empty, unexplained instance dropdown after already starting to configure; the page now explains upfront what's missing and links to your instances.
