Improvements

• Behind the historian feature flag, the Historian column on the data models page offers an add link for a model that is not saved yet, which opens the bridge wizard already filled in for that model's contract. Previously the column showed a dash and saving a model was only reachable through its row menu. When no bridge can be created, because the instance is offline or the model has no data contract yet, the dash stays and names that reason on hover
• Behind the historian feature flag, the health indicator in that same column opens the bridge saving the model, so you no longer have to go through the row's three-dot menu to get there
