Improvements

• Lower latency in the left sidebar readout, and it now stays low when many people use the console at the same time
• Users are now automatically redirected to the dashboard if they visit the login page but are already logged in
• The Applications page is gone. It appeared in every sidebar but only ever listed anything for UMH Classic instances, so it left people asking where to open Grafana and Node-RED
• Tooltips across the app now look and behave the same everywhere
• Preview: an instance's CPU reading can now show where the pressure is coming from, separating load on the host from the instance's own limit and naming why a reading counts as degraded. Requires UMH Core v0.44.37 or later with USE_FSMV2_CPU=true, then restart your container
