Improvements

• The Config File page now has a Download button for saving an instance's configuration to a file
• The Processing section of a Historian bridge now opens on a Visual mode that holds no fields, only a note that the JavaScript in that section runs on every message before it is written and is best left unchanged. Existing processing code is left as it is and stays visible under Code
